Comp: $175K-$250K (2-4y $175-215K; 4+y $200-250K) + 0.2-0.5% equity. Location: On-site 5 days SoHo NYC. Visa: Not open to visas (US citizen / GC).

Responsibilities

  • Scale backend infra (capacity doubling every other week; 5-10 image uploads/s)

  • Polished React/Next.js frontend; A/B experimentation

  • ETL/orchestration ingesting catalogs from 4,000+ brands

  • Ranking/recommendations for new social feed

  • Ship end-to-end features fast
