Job description

Bretton AI (formerly Greenlite): AI agents for financial crime compliance (KYC/AML/sanctions) at banks and fintechs. 65 people, $75M raised, SF.

Comp: $200K-$270K + competitive equity. Location: Hybrid, 4 days in-office downtown SF. Visa: Visa transfers (OPT, H1B); full sponsorship case-by-case.

Responsibilities

  • Own substantial product features end to end, from customer discovery to production and iteration

  • Build agentic workflows automating AML, sanctions and KYC reviews with humans in the loop

  • Develop case management, reporting, analytics and workflow configuration UIs

  • Work directly with enterprise compliance customers

  • Ship production full-stack code (TypeScript, Python, Node.js, React)
