The Accident Guys: California plaintiff personal injury firm, founded 2015, LA HQ.

Comp: $150K-$250K base (flexible above); Performance bonus tied to case results; no billable hours; law school loan reimbursement up to $200K. Location: On-site full-time, LA HQ; no remote. Visa: Not open to visas; active California bar required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage high-volume plaintiff PI caseload intake to resolution: strategy, depositions, motions, client management

  • Own your litigation practice; outcomes drive comp

  • Work with case managers, paralegals, ops

  • Litigation strategy against insurers using firm's referral network

  • Depositions, motions, court appearances

Job requirements

  • 1-9 yrs PI/civil litigation (sweet spot 2-6), plaintiff-side

  • Full litigation lifecycle comfort

  • Active California bar

  • Bonus: defense-side insight or strong pre-lit attorney moving to litigation

  • On-site LA; US citizen/GC
